Refund Policy
At Skinea, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below:
Return Conditions

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All returns must be registered in advance by sending an email to hello@getskinea.com with the following information:

Order number

Reason for the return request

Photo of the product if it arrived damaged

Customer name and address

After approval, you will receive instructions on where to send your return package.
Note: Returns should not be sent to the shipping address without prior instructions from Skinea.
Return Eligibility (United States Orders)
Customers in the United States may return their order within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

the product is unopened,

unused,
-
in its original packaging, and
-
meets all other return requirements listed above.
Skinea does not accept returns of opened, used, or otherwise altered products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Costs and Processing

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after we have received and inspected the item. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed and approved.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to place a new order after your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Instructions
All products must be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Detailed instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
